Members have a chance every week to be featured as one of several "Discussions of the Week" or to be listed under the heading "Articles of Interest". Articles contrary to my own beliefs may be chosen, as may articles of differing stances in the same week. Only articles are eligible for these honors.

Once a week (usually on a Monday) the group receives a mail with links to these articles, including the title and the author's name. If announcements need to be made, they are sent out in the same email.

Right now, I am looking for a group moderator. I already have one on the staff, but I need another as the group is very large and very active, and though we receive hundreds of related content in a week, we also receive dozens of unrelated content. If you're interested, send me a private message.

Hi Emily. I'd like to invite you to join my group Fugitives from Ignorance, Conformity, and Peer Pressure. The group's mission statement can be found here or here. The two pages are radically different. The first page is more like an about the group with rules, while the second is written more like a mission statement or pledge.

All you have to do to join is be open-minded, willing to debate your opinions with reasoning and respect/decency, and publish group-related content. Must be related to politics, current events, religion, philosophy, ethics, or be simply thought-provoking. All images except explicit accepted. Videos follow same guidelines as for articles.
